Precise Qualitative Detection of OROV RNA

It uses distinguishable fluorescent dyes for the parallel and highly specific detection of: OROV-specific RNA, Internal Control (IC). Detection occurs across two corresponding fluorescence channels of standard real-time PCR instruments, ensuring reliable target identification within a single reaction.

Integrated Quality Monitoring

• Includes an Internal Control (IC) to verify sample extraction success and detect PCR amplification inhibition.
• Features a Positive Control (PC) with synthetic RNA bearing OROV target sequence to ensure reagent integrity and proper amplification performance.
